What data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password hash.
- Membership and payment information via Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Analysis history: selected match, bet, odds, result and time.
- Technical information: session cookie, login attempt protection.
How we use your data
Data is needed to create and protect your account, run and save analyses, manage membership and provide customer support. Analysis history is shown only to you.
How long we keep data
Account data is kept while the account is active. After deletion, the account is marked for removal and can be restored within 30 days; after that, the data is permanently deleted. Analysis history is deleted together with the account.
Third parties
- Stripe — payment and subscription processing.
- The Odds API, API-SPORTS, SportsAPI365 — match odds and statistics.
- OpenAI — analysis explanation text when configured.
- Hosting provider — website and database operation.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data. You can delete your account on the profile page or contact us at support@kobetvision.com.
Cookies
We use only essential session cookies required for login and CSRF protection. We do not use marketing cookies.
